Real estate is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make. I think it deserves more than a sales pitch. I'm Vann, a Realtor based in the Tri-Cities and Greater Vancouver. I work primarily with families and life-stage movers: people upsizing into their next chapter, downsizers ready to simplify, and first-time buyers who want someone genuinely in their corner.

Before real estate, I led marketing strategy at a tech startup helping grow the team from 3 to 20+ people. That background shaped how I think about communication, strategy, and what it means to actually serve someone well. I brought all of it into this work. What my clients consistently tell me: I'm calm when things get complicated, honest even when it's not what they want to hear, and I go well beyond what the transaction requires. I'd rather lose a deal than steer someone wrong.

I'm a Tri-Cities local. You'll find me hiking, climbing, or skiing in the North Shore mountains or somewhere on the Sea to Sky on weekends. If you're looking for a Realtor who feels like a trusted friend rather than a salesperson, I'd love to connect.
